What work do you actually take on?
Coding (ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS), clean claim submission, payer follow-up, denial and appeal work, patient statements, and credentialing support. You see it all in the client portal.
What certifications do your coders hold?
AAPC (American Academy of Professional Coders) and AHIMA credentials. Reviews are done by people, not bots.
How do you handle denials?
We audit the reason, correct coding or documentation issues we can, and appeal before windows close. Deadlines stay on the operations board so nothing expires quietly.
What size practices do you work with?
Solo providers and small clinics — family practice, PT, chiropractic, psychiatry, and similar 1–5 clinician groups.
Getting started
How fast can you start?
Submit a sample for review in minutes. Certified response in 24 hours. Most practices are in motion within days, not months.
Is there a contract?
No lock-in. Plans run month-to-month. Pause or cancel when the practice needs change.
What do you need for the free review?
Practice name, specialty, a short note on volume or denials, and whether you already have a biller. No full charts or PHI on the public form.
How is my patient data handled?
Encrypted in transit, role-based portals, HIPAA-aligned workflows. Production hosting should sit on a HIPAA-eligible environment with a BAA.
Plans
How does the plan work?
After the review we quote a personalized plan for the work above. Practices that already have a vendor often receive a custom rate. Practices without a vendor often start near 7% of collections, then we adjust to specialty and volume.
Are there setup or cancellation fees?
No onboarding fee and no long contract.
What if claim volume changes?
We revisit the plan. Still no surprise add-ons — just an updated quote for the work.
